Software Developers (Middle/Senior)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, debug and maintain new and existing customer facing applications.
  • Independently performs analysis to develop and implement high level designs.
  • Remains current on industry standards in software development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of experience in one or many of PHP, Java, .NET, ReactNative, ReactJS, NodeJS, Kotlin, Swift… (have a core mindsets of building a software product).
  • A willingness to learn new things.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ways of solving different tasks.
  • Can work alone and in a team.

[Senior & above]

  • Ship high-quality, well-documented, test-driven, enterprise level scalable code.
  • Do regular code review in close detail.
  • Understanding of the full scope of the project development.
  • Work in a highly collaborative engineering environment, English-speaking environment.
  • Expertise with (one of) automation testing, Unit test, CI/CD, cybersecurity, Azure or AWS, DevOps tools is a big plus.

[Leader]

  • Knowledge on/Experience in all aspects of software engineering.
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  • Orient a good team culture of humility, commitment, humor and customer service.
