About Software Support Engineer
We serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. We resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. We also work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the deployment of software.  We also be involved in developing and training classes to educate employees about software products.
Job Description

• Taking ownership of staff tickets and driving for resolution that results in high staff satisfaction while meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Help define feature requests and capture bugs, following up with staffs on existing issues until you have a solution.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Assist with Software Development team.
• Participation in providing training to staffs as required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• College diploma degree or higher is required, preferably in the field of software or other related academic fields
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work in team, as well as independently.
• Functional knowledge of Windows computing.
• Knowledge about SQL,HTML is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
